Privacy policy

Last updated 17 September 2026

This policy explains what information Lilo uses to provide its group travel planning service, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.

Information you give us

This can include your account details, profile information, trips, bookings, itinerary items, checklists, places, photos, comments and anything else you choose to add or share with a trip group.

Information used to run Lilo

We may process device, diagnostic and product usage information to keep Lilo secure, understand which features are useful and improve reliability. Where a feature needs your location, Lilo will ask for permission through iOS before using it.

Shared trips

Information you add to a shared trip can be seen by the people who have access to that trip. Take care when adding booking documents or other information about someone else.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to host and operate the service. We may also link to selected travel partners. A partner receives information only when you choose to visit or use its service, subject to that partner’s own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can change information in the app and control iOS permissions in Settings. To request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, email privacy@withlilo.com.

Contact

Questions about privacy can be sent to privacy@withlilo.com.

Note: This page is a product-ready draft and should be reviewed against Lilo’s final data flows and company details before public launch.
